Abbotsford at a Glance
Abbotsford, the fifth largest city in British
Columbia, is known as the City in the Country for its mix of urban
amenities and rural atmosphere. Conveniently located approximately 40 minutes
from downtown Vancouver between
the Fraser River and the U.S.A. border,
the city boasts breathtaking views of the spectacular Mount Baker. Abbotsford

and musicians call the area home. In August, visitors can take in the world-famous
Abbotsford
International Air Show, featuring impressive flying displays by renowned performers
such as the Canadian Forces Snow Birds.
